    Aimed at addressing any remaining dust, or imperfections in the newly built or renovated space. Typically following construction "punch-list". ensuring everything looks immaculate and is ready for occupancy.

  • To ensure a successful completion clean for your newly finished home, we kindly request that all large construction debris and materials, as well as any tools, be removed prior to our arrival.

    Additionally, we recommend that the heating and cooling system be cleaned and activated, and that air filters be replaced. This will help minimize dust accumulation following the cleaning process.

  • We are equipped to clean interior windows up to a height of 9 feet. For exterior window cleaning, oversized windows, or hard-to-reach windows, we recommend that these tasks be handled by a specialized window cleaning company. We can facilitate this process for you or provide recommendations for reputable services.

  • At Nu Build, we take pride in our comprehensive understanding of construction schedules and the potential for deadline changes. We strive to be flexible and accommodate adjustments. We recognize that timelines can shift, and we are committed to doing our best to adapt to these changes.

  • We highly recommend scheduling both a Completion Clean, and Touch-Up Cleaning service. During the Completion Clean, some dust will become airborne and will not fully settle until after the service is finished. The Touch-Up Clean, typically performed after “punch-list” tasks, ensures a final polish and shine, preparing the home for turnover to the homeowner.
